This position requires a person with electro-mechanical skills and the desire to learn a technical product line. Electro-Mechanical Responsibilities include: Analyzing product repair needs Preparing repair quotes for customers Repairing a variety of torque and force measurement instruments Testing and calibrating repaired products Customer Support Responsibilities include: Providing technical support to customers and answering questions on function and usage of products.
